Return & Exchange Window

Customers have 10 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the shipping carrier tracking information) to request a return or exchange.

Requests made after 10 days from confirmed delivery will not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must show no signs of use, damage, or tampering

  • The return request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery

Only unused merchandise will be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All vitamins and supplement products

  • Any item that has been opened, unsealed, or used

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products that deteriorate rapidly or have expiration limitations

  • Items not suitable for return due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons once unsealed

For health and safety reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy outlined above.

Refund Process

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item

Vitamins4Men.com reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet our policy requirements.

  • Return shipping costs

  • Ensuring items are securely packaged

  • Providing a trackable shipping method

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen return shipments. Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the returned merchandise.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a store credit will be issued once the approved return is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Discretion Clause

Vitamins4Men.com reserves the right to approve or deny returns at its sole discretion in cases of suspected misuse, policy abuse, or failure to meet return conditions.
